By using iheartfrenchies.com you agree to these Terms. Read them.

1. What we are

We are a curated marketplace. We introduce families to independent breeders and rescues. We do not sell, ship, or take custody of any dog. Any contract for a puppy is between you and the breeder.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Keep your login credentials safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information on applications. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal.

3. Breeder listings

Breeders must meet our published I Heart Standards™ to appear on this site. We verify testing and reviews to the best of our ability, but the breeder — not IHeartFrenchies — is responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the fulfillment of their contracts.

4. Deposits & payments

All deposits and payments for puppies are made directly to the breeder. We do not process payments for puppy purchases. Refund terms are governed by the individual breeder’s contract.

5. Prohibited behavior

• Scraping, spamming, or abusing the site.
• Posting fraudulent reviews.
• Contacting breeders or buyers off-platform to bypass our marketplace safeguards.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep information accurate, but we make no warranties about breeder outcomes, puppy health beyond what a breeder’s contract covers, or any specific result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid us (which is typically $0 for buyers).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute goes to state or federal court in Travis County, Texas.
