No. We are a marketplace of vetted independent breeders. When you apply for a puppy you work directly with the breeder — we facilitate the introduction and enforce the standards they agree to meet.
How much does a French Bulldog puppy cost?
Typically $3,500–$8,000 from a responsible breeder. Standard colors (fawn, brindle, cream) sit on the lower end. Rare colors (blue, lilac, isabella, merle, fluffy, platinum) trend higher and can exceed $12,000. Anything under $2,000 for a purebred Frenchie is almost always a scam.
Do you ship puppies?
Puppies are picked up in person from the breeder, or delivered by a bonded pet transport service the breeder trusts. No cargo shipping, no anonymous hand-offs.
What does the health guarantee cover?
Every breeder must publish a written guarantee. Typical tiers are 6-month, 12-month, 24-month, or lifetime genetic. Compare programs side by side on the breeder’s profile page.
Can I return a puppy?
Return, refund, and replacement terms are set by each breeder’s written contract. Ask for the full contract before paying a deposit so you know exactly what the program offers.
How do I know a breeder is real?
Every iHeart-verified breeder has passed our 6-pillar audit: health testing, DNA verification, veterinary records, ethical practices, transparency, and lifetime support. Look for the "iHeart Verified" mark on every profile.
What paperwork should I get?
DNA color panel, AKC or CKC registration, vet health certificate, first vaccinations record, deworming schedule, microchip number, and the breeder’s written contract. Never accept a puppy without every one of these.
How do I prepare for my first Frenchie?
Grab a crate sized to your puppy’s adult weight (16–28 lbs), a cooling mat, a no-pull harness, high-protein puppy food matching what the breeder feeds, and book your first vet visit within 72 hours of pickup.

Frenchie ownership
Are French Bulldogs good with kids?
Excellent with kids. They’re patient, low-drive, and love being part of a family.
How much exercise do they need?
20–40 minutes a day, in cool weather. Never over-exercise a Frenchie in heat — heatstroke is the #1 preventable Frenchie death.
What health issues should I know about?
BOAS (breathing), IVDD (spine), allergies, and heat sensitivity are the four big ones. Our Health Center has a full guide on each.
Can I fly with a Frenchie?
Never in cargo. Only in-cabin with a temperature-controlled airline. Even then, brachycephalic breeds are stressed by air travel — a bonded ground transport is safer.
How long do French Bulldogs live?
A healthy, well-bred Frenchie lives 10–14 years. DNA-tested lines from responsible breeders tend to reach the upper end of that range.
Do French Bulldogs shed a lot?
Moderate shedders. They blow their coat twice a year (spring + fall). A weekly brushing and a monthly bath keeps it manageable.
Are Frenchies hypoallergenic?
No dog is truly hypoallergenic. Frenchies produce less dander than many breeds, but severe allergy sufferers should still meet the breeder’s adult dogs before committing.
