We built IHeartFrenchies because the French Bulldog world needed something better than Craigslist anonymity and pay-to-play puppy marketplaces. What follows are the promises we keep, every day, in every listing.

Our Eight Promises
1. Every Breeder Is Verified by a Real Person
No one lists a puppy on IHeartFrenchies without speaking to our team first. We verify identity, location, and breeding program details before any profile goes live. Anonymous listings, fake addresses, and stock photos don't make it past our desk. If a breeder is listed in Dallas, they're actually in Dallas—not operating out of a puppy mill two states over.
2. Transparent Tier Standards You Can Trust
Our breeder tiers—New, Trusted, Verified, Health Certified, Elite, and Hall of Fame—aren't participation trophies. Each tier requires documentation. Health Certified breeders submit OFA cardiac clearances, patella evaluations, CERF eye exams, and BOAS screening results. Elite and Hall of Fame breeders provide DNA color panels and multi-generational health tracking. You'll know exactly what standards a breeder meets before you ever send a message.
3. Health Documentation on Every Puppy
We require breeders to upload or link to veterinary records, health certificates, and genetic test results for every listed puppy. You won't find vague promises like "vet checked" with no proof. If a breeder in Oklahoma City lists a blue merle puppy, you'll see the DNA panel confirming color genetics and screening for common mutations.
4. Pricing With Zero Hidden Fees
The price you see is the price the breeder is asking. We don't add marketplace commissions, lead fees, or processing charges on top. Breeders pay us an affordable flat subscription to maintain their profile—never a cut of the sale. That means breeders in San Antonio and Albuquerque can price their puppies fairly without inflating costs to cover platform fees you'd end up paying.
5. Direct Communication, No Middleman
When you contact a breeder through IHeartFrenchies, your message goes straight to them. We don't intercept inquiries, sell your contact information, or force conversations through a proprietary app. You and the breeder communicate however works best—text, phone, email, video call.
6. No Puppy Mill, Broker, or Flip Content
We manually review every listing and profile. Breeders using stock photos, listing eight litters simultaneously, or showing signs of wholesaling get removed. Our Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico breeder network is built on small, intentional programs—not volume operations hiding behind LLC names.
7. Lifetime Resource Support for Families
Your relationship with IHeartFrenchies doesn't end when you bring your puppy home. We maintain care guides, health articles, and breeder Q&As written by people who've raised Frenchies through every stage. You'll have access to honest answers about BOAS management, spay/neuter timing, food sensitivities, and the realities of owning a brachycephalic breed.
8. We Choose Integrity Over Growth
We've turned down advertising revenue from puppy brokers. We've removed breeders who met our baseline standards but cut corners we couldn't ignore. We grow slowly, intentionally, and only with people who share our standards. If that means fewer listings, we're fine with that.
