Official Sweepstakes Rules
Summer 2026 · “Safe & Cool” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by iHeart Frenchies LLC (“Sponsor”), operator of iheartfrenchies.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins upon publication and ends on September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
- Visit iheartfrenchies.com/sweepstakes.
- Complete the entry form with your name and a valid email address.
- Optionally submit a link to a 30-second video showing how you keep your Frenchie safe and cool during summer. Video submissions are not required to enter, but strengthen your engagement with our community.
Limit: one (1) entry per email address. Duplicate entries with the same email will be consolidated into the earliest submission.
5. Prize
One (1) grand prize: a $250 USD iHeart Frenchies gift certificate, redeemable on any product or service in the iHeart Frenchies marketplace. The prize is non-transferable. No cash equivalent. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about September 20, 2026 and notified via the email address provided on the entry form within seven (7) business days. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city/state, entry submission (including video content), and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Content Guidelines
Video submissions must be your original content, must not violate any third-party rights, and must not contain obscene, harmful, or unlawful material. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any submission at its sole discretion.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws.
